THE FACE OF MANKIND
A face I know, it passed me by,
A smile, a tear, a laugh, a cry.
I saw it choke upon its fear
And love and pain were very clear.
This face it fled from reality near,
escape plans stepped up a gear.
It seemed as though the clouds could speak,
and from their bellies sorrow did leak.
I heard a whimper, a desperate call,
A familiar face that looked like no one at all.
A random frame, with feelings the same,
this face is mankind, mankind feeling their shame.

I loved this piece.mankind can hurt,mame,and
rape seemingly without intent.It is time to feel that shame.

yes it is time for us all to open our eyes.....
yes Gloria, shame is printed on every corner of this sad old world, It has always been there, but we refuse to acknowledge it even though we are reeking of it.

well, to be perfectly honest, I believe God gave us this world and all its beauty and left it in our hands for a very good reason. God has foretold mankind of this abuse and warned man against it, so for those who heed, there shall be reward, and for those who abuse Gods gifts, they shall see the consequence of their actions....your right about man not handling free will very well, but just like in every school, there are successful pupils and then there are the slower type, and then there are the bullies....but they all have the same chance and same choice....its really up to the individual, you wouldnt blame the school for the chance and choice it gave its pupils......thanks for commenting, peace.
