THAT POEM
I read a poem today that just
about brung me to tears...
I sent the author a mesage,for
being so open and sincere...
I thanked her kindly for sharing
something so very personal...
Made me see how poetry can help
heal,be it severe or be it trivial...
I apreciate the courage that it must
have taken to get through that write...
That poets poem is all I've been able
to think about,all through the night...

lol,yes linda it was about your poem,I just kept thinking of it and picturing you writing it,I wanted to write more but in case you read it I didn't want to cross some line, meaning I didn't know if you'd be offended or how you would take it so I kept it simple, but I had to write something!!! and by the way I got ricklovin from the movie superbad,and thanks for the kind words,I guess I am a big softy lol....Rick

I have been thinking about you writing that poem to me...about me. And it is actually one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me. Really! It is so sweet that it touched you like that. I am touched by you.
You would have never offended me by writing more or crossed any line. It was such a nice thing for you to do.

ps. the movie is a comedy,one of the kids makes a fake id and he only puts mclovin as a name,mclovin-ricklovin... I thought the movie was really funny, but I have to warn you its pretty raunchy and crass,I thought it was pretty funny though....thanks again linda......Rick
