SEASONAL BLAHS

When summer’s intensive conditions decline
And give us the sweltering heat,
I’m ready for winter although not a winner,
I’m through with the heat I repeat.

For here it is seen the conditions in hell,
And hell has a lot to improve,
So to hell with the heat for it’s sweaty complete,
And outta here I’m gonna move.

But then into winter it’s colder than ice
And ice isn’t what I desire
Nothing of either is rated as nice
So outa the pan in the fire.

So where is the choice and where to rejoice?
It’s simmer in summer or freeze,
So I’m getting a boat and I hope it will float
Somewhere in and out of the Keys.
