Thank you

It’s the little things you do
words like “I love you.”
Being there when I’m down,
making me smile, changing my frown.

Telling me “It’s going to be alright.”
Pulling me from darkness into the light.

Your hugs and kisses so tenderly,
bringing joy into my soul.

Sharing all life’s ups and down,
certainly take their toll

How can I repay your kindness so sweet?
I feel the chemistry whenever we meet.

Nights spent online exchanging feelings,
our future is measured the sky is the ceiling.

Baby doll you are “the love of my life.”
Someday you’ll be mine and rid me of strife.

But for now it is
what it is thru the years.
I thank you for helping me
thru life’s daily tears …
