Travelling In Tears
Travelling In tears
I sweep
Past
Fish
And bird
With beak
Unique
And mouth
And
Gill
Innately poised
To dive
And writhe
And Gobble
Boys.
And as I
Travel forth
I fly
Beyond
Then over
Past
The skies
Through lands
Of golden
Lullabies
Where
Angels
Gather
Side
By side.
Above I glance
I glide
I dance
Then
Rail along
The tails
Of chance
I snuggle down
And
Rest my
Head
A Queen
Abrupt
The deltas
Bed.
Excitedly
More
Hurriedly
I turn
And
Peep
Upon
The steeps
I sweep
Past
Realms
Of candy
Fields
And chatter
With
The
Daffodils.
I walk
Amongst
The lands
Of hope
With
Sand
And rubble
On it’s cloak
Upon
A sacred shrine
I peer
And leave
Behind
The bubble
Of a certain
Dusty
Tear.

Amazing
Debs,
And all this time we thought Alice Through The Looking glass had the corner on an adventurous trip. I think you just left her in the rear view mirror.
Glad to gotten this post card from your journey.
Your buddy,

Thankyou
Thanks Pete for reading and commenting this one. It was a good piece of escapism.
