Turning slowly inside out
I can't stop the thoughts that flow between my ears,
Mainly nonsense, predominantly useless, so unclear and riddled with fear.
Stagnancy leads to transparency, I want truth and the ability to feel,
I don’t in believe Monopoly, greed and the National Lottery.
Overwhelming attraction, seductive criticism and curiosity draw me in.
A hollow feeling that grows until it eats me whole, Tears and shreds a fractured soul
The only way out is through, every thoughts delicately encrypted, partially scripted.
Leaves me feeling weightless, spaceless and turning slowly inside out.
People of ageless, faceless tartan minds clutch the grass to stop a drift into the skies.
Confused by spaces, time has no bearing and don’t notice the dark,
Week recollection transparent rejection through a hollow suggestion,
Of blinking lights, manufactured thoughts and the egotistical rage
of useless hypocrites who live their lives on stage,
You pitch your tents and reign with the emptiness of forgotten cranium.
I can see the seasons change weather unfold and days grow cold,
In autumn nights and winter snow falling leaves learn to flow.
Is there a twist of fate like a magicians hand that beams over this wasted land?
What is a strength or weakness, useless or pointless?
Entangled thoughts implode, reflect and unload
Grow an opinion and continue from a point I don’t recall.
Disaster leads to resurrection based on an interpretation.
Ridiculous never the less spontaneous and a metaphor is better for nothing.
I am not necessarily a necessity; I lack practicality and punctuality,
I need some concrete originality, crack normality grasp reality,
Fight infection and blank rejection, is there truth or is vision fiction.
An Increased ability and mental agility to see what I need to be.
Minds are full of twists and turns the sun inspires and it burns,
Thoughts disorientate fact is feel, instinct is power,
Nothings irrelevant, everything’s permanent,
Everyone has things of greater importance.
