Temptation

Appearance of your bluntly described figure
As your gentle hands play with the wine glass
Your hands show not of work
For you have never ever cut an onion before
Bronzed hair fool
You reveal all your goods
The work that they have made on you – spectacular
Your smoothed breasts framing each of beauty’s comparison
Compare within the grasp of time which time you have not
Have not been able to seduce – yet
You have grown old now, yet still admirable – spectacular
Comforting on that same table and chair..
Such deceitful blasphemy, you are pitiable. yet none judgmental
As you await your man(s) disputing outside
You still swindle with that wine glass
A glimpse of your gray hair swaying beyond the eyes
It is uncertainty and doubt
Fool.
