I'm sorry for the infliction
of hurtful things I say.

If I could hold the deck of cards,
Then fate would have it's way.

Though I am a believer,
miracles do not seem to come my way.

With every hand I'm dealt,
things slide further, and further away.

If I could grasp that deck of cards,
I would fate things.....MY way.
