Bed Thoughts:

I'm sitting at home
Getting ready for bed,
But I can't go to sleep
With you in my head.

So I decided to share,
What I truly feel.
I hope you enjoy
What I now reveal:

Just a momentary glimpse,
Just the feel of your touch,
Just a word from your lips,
Is all a bit much.

For my emotions can't handle,
The effect of this thing.
Nor the thoughts they provoke.
Nor the memories they bring.

I'm fully in love.
There's not a thing I can do.
You've captured me whole.
All I can do is thank you.

Before I fall asleep,
I'll share one last thing.
I love you, more than you know.
Now goodnight, my darling.

We just parted
And I already miss you.

I stepped away
Longing for your touch again.

You said, "Tommorow, I'll see you."
I wish tommorow would come.

I can't wait to hold your hand,
See your face,
Hear your voice.

The thought of you
Pastes a smile across my lips.

I can't remember how I ever lived without you.
