Reminiscing of my fears from the last couple of years
No more shedding tears because I don’t have anymore peers
Still give praise to God, but I can’t see clear
Don’t have anyone left to hold dear to my heart
Nothing left to live for, but still I live smart
From start to death, I’m gonna keep fighting
Until my last breathe and meet my death
No rest for the strong
My soul is hell bound
But I gonna live long
Even if I’m held down
I’m gonna live my life
Until I’m six feet underground
You see the words of a wise man
But not the tears of a clown
Myself, hopefully, one day could be found

This is the way my life is
And I live one day at a time
Trying to earn what is mine
Trying to find something to make my light bright
So I could shine in the darkest night
So I could see the next day
And pray I could stay just a little more
So I can prove to myself
I could ignore the devil in disguise
And discover paradise
