The 5 Senses

The first thing was sight, what my eyes did behold,
a smile, more bright, than the shining of gold!
Pearly white teeth, crystal bluish/green eyes,
looked at me, infatuated, much to my surprise.

The next thing was sound, and you spoke your first word,
my heart starts to flutter from the melody heard.
Then when you laughed, and I experienced joy,
I looked forward to all that this love had in store!

The smell of your body, I could barely take,
your scented lotion made you smell like a cake.
My mouth starts to drool at the thought of tonight
yearning to sample your treats of delight!

Now came your touch, our first loving embrace
my soul, how it soared, when you stroked my face!
Tender soft kisses have finally begun
pressed real close, chest to chest, our hearts beating as one!

Last came the taste, and I mentioned your lips...
remember my kisses all over your hips?
In fact, I kissed you from your head to your toes,
just showing how deep, my love for you goes!

Very nice but..

Can you right one about the teenage years?

One day you were 12 but then came 13
And every since you've been really mean

I said son...lets go have some fun
I have No time pop ... I have to run

I noticed things were not quite the same
When you slammed the door and called me a name

Then you stole my change and took my keys
You took the car and you did not say please

Then you came home with a brand new tatoo
I said where is my son... what happened to you

You never answer you just walk away
Oh how i miss all your younger days!

Ray

Nice

Very expressive. I love how you use images to build the feeling in the reader.
