The Art of Thought - First Born

We called her the Chosen,
The Bearer of Truth.
She was born for the Lord,
Oh Lady of Truth.

The children she bore,
The Father of the Jews,
The forebearers of the Christians,
And the Muslims too.

She guided Ibrahim;
His son was the test.
She brought Noah through the Flood,
And devestated the rest.

She made boys to slay giants.,
And generals to tear down walls.
She promised us freedom,
If we would follow her law.

She led us through the darkness,
As Pharaoh licked our heels.
She brought us to the desert,
And left us for forty years.

She gave us milk and honey,
In exchange for our minds and gold.
She paved her way into our hearts,
And became part I of the greatest story ever told.

She never left us again,
Not even when we were scattered,
Across the seven seas, to the four winds,
Not even when our bodies were shattered.

She led us to war against gentiles,
We crushed them in time,
Six days, hundreds of missiles,
They fired back in kind.

She inspired in us a spirit of battle,
In the name of Almighty Yaweh,
She brought us from the dark,
Into pitch blackness and cloudy days.

For her our school buses are bombed,
And millions are displaced everyday.
But for us, she still has value,
She is perfect in every way.

On the road map to peace,
She marks the path,
Two forks in the street,
Blood in the grass.

Through Shaol, Meggido, and Jerusalem,
We marched with iron resolve,
For we are the Chosen People,
And the One God is ours.
