If the Other is True

It sings through the air and hums through the trees
Do you hear it?
It vibrates through earth and pulsates through veins
Do you feel it?
It grabs hold of your heart and sends chills up your spine
Do you sense it?
It calls out your name with your fate in it's hands
Do you know it?

And time passes on
Time waits not for your answer
But forever will love
Battle on with time
To see the other,
If the other is true.

wow

I'm not sure if you meant it like this.. I have a my space sight of two woman - one who gave birth and me who became our sons mother.. I call it the circle of life... there is a slide show I made of the meeting between us all it will bring a tears to your eyes.. this poem brought me back there to a once in a life time story.. thank you

I hope

I hope, drmvalley, that this poem brought back good memories. Your description was vague--did you mean that that memory is what you imagined as my poem, or that the poem just reminded you of that time? I would love to know your answer. If this poem did have an impact on you, I cannot say I am sorry for that =], but can only hope it was a good one.

hey

I' not sure if I can send this on this web sight it might work
This is one of my myspace pages its not spam it is a personal page with what I think is a strong message
a once in a life time thing
It has a slide show on it about a little girl writing letters in the sand to God and waiting for the tides to take the letters to him
in those letters was a wish for my adopted son and the one day meeting his birth mother, so I could complete my sons life and meet the angel God sent to me
Try to cope and paste it if you like but for whatever reason.. your poem brought me to my once in a life time
and brought me back to the completion of one of my circle's called life

funny how writing speaks to you

Well

Well, I guess my poem had a positive impact on you. That is one of my goals, and I am grateful for you helping me accomplish it. I hope you are able to accomplish your goals. The best of luck to you and your son.

It need not be blood shared that bonds a family together, but blood shed or would be willingly shed for the others.

Sorry, I didn't mean to post this =]

And why did you not, My Lady?

Your words said what they should.

Pardon?

tj, I apologize, but I do not understand what you mean by your comment...Why did I not ~what~??? I do believe I understand the last part, with my words saying what they should, but it probably corresponds with the Heading...Would you mind elaborating for little ole me, my Kind Sir?

My dearest Lady...

I shall be more than happy to elaborate on my statement. You were replying to Susan Jean on the 5th of January.
As you wrote, "It not be blood shared that bonds a family together, but blood shed or would be willingly shed for the others."
Being as close as I am to my family, I read your words with clarity.
However, the same day, you posted another comment saying, "Sorry, I didn't mean to post this."
As though you were taking back your words. You words were fine - as they always are. Why take back a thing? That's all I meant to say.
Sorry for the confusion. Hope this helps to clarify things.
One other thing I must say - you are a wonderful
writer, an awesome poet...and a wonderful Lady
as well...I can sense your spirit...Your spirit is as true a gift as your words are...
Take care, M'lady...I'm sure I'll be "speaking" to you soon...TJ

Misunderstanding!

Oh, my goodness, tj! I know why I was confused now. I didn not mean it AT ALL that I was taking back my previously said words! Oh, no! I had just accidentally posted the same comment twice, so I edited as an apology for posting a useless comment that said "sorry, I didn't mean to post this." I am so sorry that you thought I meant I didn't mean to post my other comment, which is completely untrue! I would never take back those words! I am so glad that you told me that my comment could be misinterpreted. I hope it all makes sense in the future. tj, you are a remarkable person, and I am honored to "speak" to you so often. I will soon be commenting on your work, make no doubt of it! Thank you for being so amazing.
