All that I can say
Are pretty words about the love
That I have never known
My heart aches for that tingling
Of the skin that you feel,
Or the warming of the heart,
As your One takes your hand.

A love that has never existed,

A love I dare to dream of when the Sun turns away,
A love I have faith will come true,
For a longing so deep cannot be simply overlooked,
There must be a One that feels this, too.
I will wait for that One,
For that One that will make my pretty words
Real.
