Writers with a Purpose
Words are the paint of literature,
Pens and fingers the brushes,
To create a connection from the world to the mind,
Or the mind to the world,
And build the bridges people need to cross to see inside themselves,
To truely come to know who they are,
Because without these words
We would never know,
And that which makes life so meaningful would be lost forever
Is the sea of nothingness.
Poets are writers with a purpose;
We will change the world by untangling the mass tangle of thoughts
That tend to clump inside our minds,
Or by relieving the emotions in our hearts
By dissipating them in the air for all to relate.
