he preaches the word
of course he trips up
but he lives by his sermons
why aren't i more like him?
he's a man of god
how can i do it?

when he looks at men of god,
he does not wonder,
"how can i be more like them?"
he thinks,
"they are good men,
i'll work for what they work for."
so that's my answer.
i will not work
to be like him
i'll work for what he works for
and that's to be like him.
