War - Thank You America
The women sit behind the barred fence
Watching with horror as their loved ones die
Every male over twelve
In a line, waiting for the sniper to fire.
The women, tears streaking down their faces
The concentration camps their own home
Are forced to watched, or else raped and killed
Their husbands, brothers, children die.
Crossroads with No Signs to Where the Roads Lead
The sun sets upon the life of a young girl
Taking away her hope, her soul, erasing the truth
She turns to the nothingness in front and no ones there to help her face it
She is alone, wandering the bloodied boulevards, watching her dreams fall apart
She has her doll, a small little piece of cloth and wool
Had they really left her, and moved away
Moved on with their life, completely forgot
Who was with them to begin with
Who was with them through it all
Dear Solider
I sit beside the pond and weep
Tragic memories start to seep
Into my mind, and now I know
There is nothing anymore
That is worth living for
You are not dead
You have not died
Of Sinners and Saints
You were my friend, you are my dream
You are the never ending waves that weave
Your unique power is to sand out the jagged edges of the stones
Can You Hear My Calls
Pardon me, excuse me
Can you hear me call
I am lost, I am on my knees
Through this life of mine I crawl
Alone through the shattered streets
I tug along, with blistered hands and broken knees
Blue Fire
Why does it matter
Why do you care
For everything I used to be
For everything I am
You tell me I can't change what's happened
Then why do you try so hard
To destroy and burn down your past
A Cherry and Some Cherry Juice
I kinda thought my mom was weird
When she gave me a cherry
Saying that it would cure my broken heart
But I have no idea what that meant
She disappeared into the kitchen
The Pain That was Carved into My Head
This pain that was carved into my head
Constantly reminding me of who I really am
Must I be hated in such a way
Out of which my own father would try to kill me
I am but who he made me
Where I am Now
I used to be someone, somewhere
I used to be famous
My name on Journal aritcles
My pictures on the Internet
But now those time
Have just floated away
With the wind
Gone forever more
Forever Riding the Long Lost Wind
I stand beside your grave and weep
You have not died, you do not sleep
You are the silent wind at dawn
You are the winter rain long gone
You are the hush of silent thoughts
Curtains Close
When the lights fade
And when the curtains close
Will I still be able
Just to hear your voice
Or will it all be forgotten
Die down with the claps
Of people who have no idea
The Forgotten
What ever was left behind, now lies in silent wait
Anticipating the moment the master drops the bait
It hides a cold, evil smile
I guess the wait was worth while
A Murder and His Victims
In a dark, endless and bare room
Where nothing is seen, and everything heard
Your sences let you focus on the light
That creaks its way in from upstairs
United We Stand, United We Shall Crumble
When Life is Just a Black Pit
Your Golden Eyes Seem to Shine Light
When Love is Just a Hopeless Quest
Your Smile Sparks Up Hope
You Were There For Me
And I Shall Be There For You
A Midnight Moon
She sat beneath a Midnight Moon
Letting her hair blow in the wind
Watching the purple sky reflect
Her love torn heart
Her purple hair, long and silky
Her lavender eyes, filled with tears
