A Murder and His Victims

In a dark, endless and bare room
Where nothing is seen, and everything heard
Your sences let you focus on the light
That creaks its way in from upstairs

And then with a flash, the light goes out
And it leaves you breath without
Your eyes wide open, panic stricken
Of your impending doom

And then you see a glint of metal
And then you see his eyes
Ocean green, void of emotion
His pupils not there

Your eyes weld in tears
You try to beg him to stop
But his eyes, not staring, not looking
Burn your soul less heart

You watch a little calmer
Knowing death is near
As he slowly cuts your shirt
Leaving you like the room

Now naked in a black room
Where only glints were seen
You feel his hand touch your skin
As if it was ice touching fire

Fortunately, your bonds fall down
And you can move your hands
You touch your killer
And then you feel
The feared and hated child within

So you decide a hug's the best
A give him what he wants
He doenst understand why you dont run
Why you dont even scream

And so with each touch, you begin to explain
That you two are just like each other
Hated, thrown away to dark corners
Monster and Demon shouted at you

And he also relaxes
And tells you he wants to hold you until eternity elapses
But lets you go once he's done
He can't keep you there forever

And so you continue with your life
But long for the soul
Who's the only one who understood
What it felt like to be despised and loathed

A few moons pass and silently years go by
And you have grown up
With your own life
Your own goals

The village you live in is a welcoming place
Just like the surrounding forests
So you take a jog
Down memory lane

And in the distance, you see him standing
With a bloody knife in his hand
He drops as he spots you, and disappears without a trace

You were all exited

You ran towards him

But he left

Like the neverending wind

Your pace falls
And your eyes narrow in pain
And with the wind you feel his touch
as he lightly grazes your arm

You turn suddenly towards him , and wipe your tears with your hands
As he rests his hands on your hips whispering

"You will come willingly this time, won't you, my Dark Angel Queen!"

You nod into him, and he hugs you
Two souls finally can rest
The wind picks up and swirls again
Taking them away
