They took the guile and base for me
prostrate outside the gate for me
when I was four
I asked for more
they said they'd do their best for me
They knelt beside my bed for me

Not Dead Yet

Who will mourn me when I die
who'll attend and say goodbye
then a soldier said, ''not I''
normal service shall apply
laugh my head off when you die
press ignite and watch you fry

United Again

I died and found my father, my sisters and my brothers
my mother convalescing
her mother demonstrating
with all her usual vigour
obsessive of her figure
my mother raced to greet me

A Woman Scorned

She marched him past the station
with one arm up his back
then watched him crumble in a heap with major heart attack
She puckered to revive him
then watched him rise again
